If you love roasted garlic (and broccolini and roasted tomatoes) you'll enjoy the CREAMY VEGAN MAC & CHEESE! By the way, "Twisted Mac" is apparently Macaroni Grill, according to the branded plastic bag and receipt. (They could do better on sustainability.) I only wish they gave me more of the alleged creamy vegan cheese sauce, as the pasta hardly had any. I almost wondered if there was no sauce at all, though I found a trace amount-- the creaminess comes more from the caramelization of the roasted garlic. As for the PESTO MAC & CHEESE (which comes with chicken), there was definitely more sauce and (of course) cheesiness. For some reason I was expecting the baked variety of macaroni and cheese: the gooey body oozing with thick sauce, the top layer bubbly/crispy and golden brown---delivered in foil (oven-safe) containers, the edges of which fold over paper lids. That's not either of the items I received. What I got came in plastic containers. The food tasted good, but not to the degree I had hoped.

Truffle Mac has absolutely no truffle flavor to it. Very mild cheese and overall little to no flavor. The Mac bites were ok, but again little to no flavor in them or in the sauce provided. The Mac and cheese was reminiscent of the frozen tv dinners you'd throw in the microwave for a cheap easy bite. Do not recommend and will not order again.

This was a fine dish but the CREAMY VEGAN MAC & CHEESE was not creamy, and it was not mac and cheese. It is very easy to make a creamy vegan sauce, so this was disappointing.

I received an order, which I thought was truffle mac & cheese, but what I received was penne pasta in an Alfredo sauce, which is not what was pictured on Twisted Mac in Door Dash App.
I then called twisted Mac, who told me that what they serve is penne pasta for the TRUFFLE MAC & CHEESE but the picture is misleading because it shows elbow pasta. The lady said she would let DoorDash know. It was certainly disappointing and I only got $3.17 back in DoorDash credit when I believe I deserved the full amount back for this dish I paid for.

The vegan mac had no "walnut cream sauce". Just oil. Really unappetizing. Order the vegan mac from Homeroom instead, so much better!
