• DoorDash orderGood portion and The Western burger was very tasty and filling! I absolutely loved the Hand-Punched Fries. I'll probably just order fries, nothing like handmade fries.

• DoorDash orderI normally enjoy Twisted Root, but this time, my The Classic was undercooked and only included a skimpy piece of lettuce and a small slice of tomato. The Fried Ride was so greasy. I only enjoyed the Watermelon Tea and they only included one instead of the two that I ordered.

• DoorDash orderBurger was ok, Hand-Punched Fries were ok, Fried Pickles were an atrocity, just a tip but dont put hot food in plastic containers as the steam makes everything soggy. Onion Strings were ok, top ones were crispy and the bottom ones soggy. Would try again but not take out.

• DoorDash orderFood looked and tasted like i was prepared hours ago and also taste like the meat was previously frozen. Our fries were less than half an order. We have ordered here before but will not be ordering again.

• DoorDash orderDining in has been great every time. However, this was my worst experience. First, its sent in a plastic container with hardly any ventilation. It's essentially a steam box. The bottom bun was soggy and so were the fries. I also ordered my burger well done and it was very obviously not. Couldnt eat the burger.
