• DoorDash orderRound two and everything was fire this time around as well. The Goma Zaru Udon Dipping Style Udon was rich and flavorful. It carried the taste of sweet roasted nuts and has a smooth texture with light grit. The Potato Croquette (1 Piece) wasn't fair. Heavy, fried potato is a weakness of many, but this is balanced well with classic flavors that can be enjoyed by almost any culture. The katsu packet had me suspicious, but it paired so well with the Croquette that I quickly remembered I didn't know what I was talking about. The Vegetable Kaki-Age (Mixed Veggie Fritter) was crispy and delightful. It was a little hard to eat on its own, but wow did it pair well with broth. Una-Ten Skewers (2 PC Set) were to die for. The meat was super tender (which isn't even my thing. I prefer it crispier.) and had a mix of fun , salty, umami flavors. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfort food to warm their souls for a moment.

• DoorDash orderEverything was great! Soft boucy udon noodles that did break if we were too enthusiastic, but held up under normal eating habit. The Oroshi-Pon Zaru Dipping Style Udon broth was powerful with heavy umami while Goma Zaru Udon Dipping Style Udon was flavorful with just the right balance of "nutty", savory, and sweet. Consistency was on-point with two picky eaters able to enjoy the noodles and sauce textures. And for all thse who need it.
THE UDON NOODLES WERE AMAZING PLAIN!
