Blown away by how tasty my bowl was. I ordered the Wagyu Beef Greens Bowl and the beef was so flavorful the right kind of pull apart tender. I loved the different textures and crunch from water chestnuts. The chili crunch is legit spicy. I'm on a keto diet and it's a challenge to find good food. This will be a go to order for me.

Very tasty and fulfilling! It's hard to find healthy restaurants that aren't just salads and are also tasty. The forbidden rice base for the Wagyu Beef Rice Bowl is very tasty and full of fiber to help keep you satiated. The beef itself is flavorful and texturally nice, and there are tons of veggies in the bowl. Adding to my list of go-to healthy restaurant options!

I'm so addicted to the Organic Tofu Rice & Cabbage Bowl ! I can't stop ordering it. I crave it at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It really is that delicious, as well as hearty, filling, and--I hope--as healthy as it would seem to be. Umami Express has a modest menu (which I like---makes for easy ordering when you're extra hungry) ,but there is nothing modest about its flavors. The food here is outrageously tasty! I'm drooling just thinking about today's order...

More and more I feel as if paying for too many additional ingredients and/or doubling up on those that are included in a Umami Express bowl is not particularly advantageous from a value standpoint. In my personal experience, you end up receiving approximately the same amount of food while paying as much as 2X more than the original cost of the dish, which in my case happened to be an enhanced version of Chicken Rice Bowl which ultimately left me underwhelmed considering how much I paid for it.

The Chicken Rice Bowl is ahhh-mazing! Its my go to here. It's a good ratio of rice, veggies and chicken. I recommend getting 2 orders of dressing and it'll combine it all to perfection. Highly recommend!
