• DoorDash orderWow! Both Pork Shoulder Rice & Cabbage Bowland the Protein Lover Rice Bowl are delicious, fresh and cruncy. Will definitely order again especially because the price is great as well.

• DoorDash orderI really like this place. The bowls are delicious. The issue has become the value. When I first ordered the Chicken Rice & Cabbage Bowl on my first purchase last year, it had a decent amount of chicken. That set the expectation of what to anticipate . The bowls after, however, seem to have less. There should be a standard amount in each bowl (like 4 oz for example) and then put that amount consistently. The QC is lacking. I don't know if the pork bowls are like this as I dont eat it. I feel like the Wagyu Beef Rice & Cabbage Bowl is a little more consistent due to the upcharge but I have gotten 1 bowl out of the few I've ordered that skimped and it was upsetting due to the price of that bowl. PLEASE umami express, heed these reviews and BE CONSISTENT.

• DoorDash orderOne of my favorite DoorDash restaurants, and my main "go to" ! Everything they make is delicious, with good sized portions, and just a very high overall rate of consistency, in terms of quality. The chicken or pork bowls with cabbage and rice are my faves!

• DoorDash orderLove their bowls but the pork shoulder has been lacking recently. Ive gotten the pork shoulder bowls many times and the last two pork bowls I've gotten have had less protein lately.

• DoorDash orderCongrats Umami Express - I ordered twice in one day lol. The Chicken Rice Bowl is fantastic. Deep flavor, healthy, and not overpriced. Even the add-ons are reasonably priced. If you like Chipotle this is a wayyyy better option.
