Umami has the best quality sashimi of anywhere in Sugar Land, and I really love the originality of their Extraordinary Rolls. Everything is so fresh.

hadnt ordered in quite a while when i used to get it multiple times a month. after takin a break i tried again today, and it just wasnt good. the rice was kinda chewy and unappetizing, weird color too. wasnt crispy in the slightest, and just didnt taste good over all

Chicken was really dry tonight, and had a different flavor and less sauce then usual, not great. but Crispy Rice was great
