The Fish Tacos (The Best Fish Tacos) are the best in the Capital Region. The Coconut Curried Chickpea is excellent along with the injera bread. Lots of gluten free and plant based options as well. The food from Umana Yana is bursting with flavor.

The fish tacos are a big, tasty portion - it's a full filet per taco. The lamb chop lollipops were so tender and perfectly cooked. Everything had amazing flavor and quality. A must try.

The Vegan Rice Plate was very tasty and bright! Although some items could have more layered flavors, everything was very, very good. Everything on the plate worked so well together! I loved the tofu and plantains the most. I also enjoyed the tang of the Ethiopian Injera Bread.
