The amount of [UMe] Takoyaki went from 8 to 6 pieces since the last time I ordered from this store and the drinks cups were leaky :( the drinks are good and the surprise plushy is cute but it's disappointing to see that my drinks were leaking because of the inadequate packaging.

The 草莓布丁脏脏奶 Strawberry Latte with Coconut Pudding was phenomenal. My new go to for a fruity drink. The coconut pudding was tasty and not to overpowering. Strawberry flavor was spot on.

I ordered a mild salt & pepper popcorn chicken but the order came coated in chili pepper and was a lot spicier than mild. The octopus seemed undercooked and did not seem fresh because it had a very strong fishy smell. We love Ume Tea and ordered numerous times before but this order was very poor. On top of this, Ume has began using new containers which makes their portions a lot smaller than they were before.

Only about 10 炸鱼丸 Fried Fish Ball for $9. Insanly expensive. And 盐酥鸡 Popcorn Chicken taste like uncooked.
