The tops came off and ruined the other drinks and bag. It was terrible. The drinks were awful.

This is probably one of the bad Ume chains. They do not read Doordash orders carefully nor do they have the options set up like the machines at the store, so if you want an adjustment to your drinks, don't do it, they will mess it up.
