• DoorDash reviewAll of the food was fresh & seasoned perfectly! Love the salad that comes with the meal & the soup. The crab appetizer & tempura shrimp were delicious along with the hibachi lobster, scallops & shrimp. It is the best & we will order again!

• DoorDash orderI recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious hibachi meal, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The Chicken Teriyaki hibachi was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor, complemented by a savory glaze that made each bite irresistible- I mixed the rice in with the chicken and veggies and it was delicious. The miso soup was a warm, comforting start to the meal, with a rich umami broth and just the right amount of seasoning. The salad was crisp, paired with a light, tangy dressing that balanced everything beautifully. And the crab puffs were a delightful treat—crispy on the outside with a creamy, flavorful filling. Every dish was a hit, and I can’t wait to order another fantastic meal from UMI!

Nigiri is specific type os sushi consisting of a slice of fish over preesed vigegared rice. Sashimi refers to just slices of very fresh fish or meat served raw.
