We frquent UMI fairly often! The steak hibachi was tasty and hot upon arrival. The Hsteak was packed with vegies and tender pieces of steak. We ordered a side of noodles and they were tasty, but a tad expensive for the amount they gave. Will order again!

H.Fliet/Chicken is amazing as always. I ordered the meat medium rare so by the time it got to me it was closer to medium which is how I actually wanted it. I'm not sure if it is because it was takeout but the Shrimp Tempura Shrimp Tempura Roll is sticky and just lumped together. It's not really possible to eat it as individual rolls. It looks like there is just a clump of rice that isn't even part of a roll. Flavor is okay, not sure I'd order again as takeout. Vegetable Tempura (Apt) is delicious, flavorful. A little less crunchy than in store but to be expected with delivery. Took off one star for the shrimp roll. Was a bit disappointed. Overall would order takeout from here again!!!

I'm really surprised at the poor quality of the sushi. It was very disappointing. first of all they used way too much rice in both the rolls and nigiri. Easily twice the amount it should be if not more. The sushi rice also had too much vinegar and sugar. It tasted like it was pickled. The tuna was fishy tasting and chewy. The eel was mushy. The shrimp were a good size, but overcooked and not very flavorful. All in all this was a very disappointing experience, and we won't be ordering from them again.
