• DoorDash orderI order from Uncle often, and while the quality is usually really good, the Side Ramen Broth only comes half full - and for $10 - it's not worth it. I understand not wanting to fill it to the tip top, but at least 3/4 full would feel more fair at that price.

• DoorDash orderOne of my top five dishes from any restaurant in any state or country across the globe. Cold and spicy and noddles - yes. You want this. Trust. The sauce, the cashews, the apples, the perfectly cooked noodles; make this dish as simple as it sounds but also as perfect.
