my chicken was hot and fresh with plenty of mild sauce. It was so good.... the other location on 47?? Madison never sends your order or your GRUBHUB driver eats your food. I've been eating at the location on Central and Madison for over 30 years... always stick with what you know.

The shrimp wasn't what I expected and I feel it was overpriced. It also did not have a lot of sauce on it. 
the sauce for the chicken was very good, but I expected the fries to be in there with the okra so that the Okra would be covered in sauce. So, more sauce wouldve been perfect. The chicken was nice and juicy.

I ordered these 20 Wings for a party, but they look slightly over cooked, and the chicken look like it was cooked in old grease. I also ordered fried okra and they were fried so hard, I was afraid I was going to crack a tooth.

Uncle Remus need to stop being stingy with the mild sauce. Other that the wings were perfect and crispy. I also love the fact that their wings are not too big.
