My 1st time to try Uncle Tim's Food truck and oh my! My husband & I both had the rib dinner. Those ribs were fall-off-the-bone and lots of meat! And the baked beans were lip smackin' good! YUMMM!

Outstanding whisker fish. Seasoned properly very little if any salt. Okra is always spot on!!

Everything was phenomenal! The ribs fell off the bone! I've never been disappointed in Uncle Tim's and there really isn't another place like theirs!

Ordered the fried chicken combo.. 10/10 highly recommend. *chef's kiss* everything was seasoned to perfection and really crispy. Even better with the Zeke sauce. It was so much food, i wasn't able to finish it all at once. Delicious
