Uni Sushi and Raman is always delicious. I just love their Poke bowls but wish there was more options to add extras. It can sometimes be more rice/greens than anything and that's disappointing. Pricing and customer service is great. And even though I didn't order anything this time, their sushi rolls are some of the best in Lansing.

The R6.Spider Roll was excellent in terms of taste, even though at first glance, it appeared to have a smaller portion. However, with six or possibly eight pieces, it was surprisingly satisfying. This dish is a great reminder that appearances can be deceiving—what may seem modest in size can still deliver a rich and fulfilling experience, much like a well-crafted dish where flavor outweighs quantity. The only minor drawback was the wasabi, which was particularly strong and overpowering in terms of spice.
The K10.Takoyaki(5pcs was also phenomenal in taste, offering a perfectly crispy exterior with a soft, flavorful interior. The only element I didn’t fully enjoy was the creamy white sauce—possibly Kewpie mayo—as its richness slightly overpowered the dish for me. However, the darker sauce complemented the takoyaki beautifully, enhancing its flavor and balancing the overall taste.
Overall, everything was well-prepared, and the experience was enjoyable. Utensils were thoughtfully provided as an option, which was a nice touch. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation makes this a place worth revisiting.

I love this store! Their always super nice and quick, and when they were out of apple juice they gave me two extra drinks to make up for it! Thank you!
The food is the best ever too, their rolls are amazing and more like Japanese sushi than any of the sushi places around here, their fresh and the combinations they have for rolls are awesome! I also love how they have so many options to choose from for food/drinks!

Chicken Katsu Appetizer was perfectly cooked, tender meat with a crunchy breading. Cucumber Roll was very yummy and decently sized. Miso Soup was also very yummy although I wished there were more pieces of seaweed and tofu in it. Very yummy comfort meal!!
