• DoorDash orderIdk what happened to this place. First couple times we ordered it was great, but the last few times it has been terrible. This chicken was just not good at all, the meat tastes like the poorest quality and old, like the cheapest most juiced up hormone filled chicken meat we have eve had.
The Urban fries we ordered were an absolute mess, we paid for extra Mac n cheese but instead they just added tons of extra bird sauce. It was like bird sauce soup, the fries were non existent and not fresh, the bits of chicken tasted very old and were full of bites with tendons in each one, had to spit out almost every bite. The sandwich was completely sloppy and all over the place, it should come in a box instead of wrapped up in paper foil because it crushes the bread and everything gets soggy and falls out everywhere.
Sad to say but I do not recommend buying from them anymore, they don't seemto care anymore and it's obvious in their product. You are better off just ordering from Dave's instead.

• DoorDash orderNot only did we came early to pick up (9:15pm-ish), but our order was suppose to be ready by 9:21pm. We didn't get our food until 9:35pm. And even after waiting basically 15 minutes after our food was suppose to be ready... they forgot our extra toast.. customer service was poor. Food, is good though. But I would rather make the drive and go to the one in Bay Area next time.
