The Lion King Roll(8Pcs) and the Special Lobster Roll were AMAZING!! We wanted to try something different with sushi and im not kidding when I say it was the best sushi I've ever had! The *Hibachi NY Strip &Chicken and the Hibachi Chicken were great as well!

My experience with Us Sushi was not pleasurable at all. The Lobster Roll was not very tasty. The rice felt "meh" and the lobster tasted dry. I have had lobster before on Sushi and know it should not taste like this. I was also not impressed with one of the "special sauces" arranged on the roll. Let us start with the spicy mayo. Japanese mayo tastes different than American mayo. They simply used Hellman's mayo and mixed it into a spicy sauce. They used White Sauce for the secondary sauce. The white sauce was good and passed the sniff test. The only redeemable qualities on the roll were the white sauce and the avocado and both of those are very low bars to cross, so that's not saying much. The Smoke Salmon(2) was okay. It had a generic "smoked" flavor to it and the Salmon tasted fresh unlike the lobster which isn't surprising given it's a cheaper product. The Tilapia was a good item.

Felt the food wasn't as good as it should have been for a place that pretty much special in sushi. Hibachi Dinner A (Teriyaki Chicken) was bland. Rice tasted like plastic or something odd. The sushi made us all have upset tummies that night.
