I’ve always bought from this store, especially for birthdays, because I love the cakes. However, we recently tried one (today) and were disappointed. The cake had a fridge taste and wasn’t as moist as it usually is. I’m not sure if it was a cake that had been in the fridge too long, but the quality and taste were not up to the standard I’m used to. You’re getting two stars because I know you can do better, and we love your cakes. Please keep them fresh, especially for special occasions like birthdays. We were really looking forward to this cake.

Horrible. I thought ordering from a bakery would mean fresh cake but the Cake (6") Vanilla custard and Half cake pineapple was still partially frozen, dry once defrosted and inedible. Waste of money and I had to throw it out.
