The Valle Burger has a lot of flavor and well prepared. The bacon was crispy (which I love). The food always is good and fresh!

Grilled salmon was cooked really well and the dill sauce is delicious. The sides (au gratin potatoes, colorful carrot medley, and string beans) were cooked to perfection and also tasted amazing.

Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup was worth about $2 (less than a cup of soup filled with lemon seeds) paid $14...... expected an entree amount of soup or at least more than 7 tablespoons. Highly disappointed.

I highly recommend the Pork Belly Tacos. One of the best dishes I've had at this hotel...and I've had most of them. The pork is tender and fried just right, the slaw adds just the right amount of texture, and the sauce reminds me of Tzatziki with the right amount of blue cheese tang.
