This is our favorite place to get dessert in RVA! All of the joys of ice cream, but with far fewer calories and the kids LOVE it! I def get in trouble with the kids if I order something for myself after they've gone to bed. 😂 The toppings are flavorful and abundant and unique to any other frozen treat we have found. I prefer this over regular ice cream and don't feel nearly as guilty eating it, either! You get your money's worth, and it delivers in good shape. Strawberry Shortcake Orange Snowsicle

This place is great. We tried it in person for the first time yesterday and loved it so much we decided to try delivery today. The shaved snow travels well; it was the same consistency when we got our delivery as it was when we had it handed to us directly for dine-in. The packaging is thoughtful and as well-presented as it was when we did dine-in as well. Cannot recommend enough.

It was ok: the S'mores had tiny fruit flavor marshmallows so not sure if that was a mix up or if that's the recipe but if I order again I'll ask for regular marshmallows or none so the taste isn't weird. Didn't like the white chocolate in the Strawberry Shortcake but it was otherwise good

This was our 2nd time at Vamp Penguin- it is AMAZING! We have had 5 different types of ice cream and each one was better than the last. It is now our favorite place to go for dessert !
