This ice cream is EXTREMELY rich and creamy since it's more of a frozen custard than ice cream because of the amount of egg yolks included. (It's technically "French Ice Cream.") The Hazelnut Fudge Cookie was a wonderful desert with a delicious combination of flavors. If you like Nutella, please try this flavor. And the Sicilian Pistachio was so creamy and had this lovely, subtle nutty flavor that had me scraping the last little bit out of the container. Best ice cream I've had in LA.
