I generally order your Navratan Korma, and I am an extremely big fan of it. Even though, everytime I have ordered it, it has been significantly different. The first time, was the best, by far. Hence, the repeat ordering. I generally pair it, with your Green Chilli Flatbread.
Today, I felt like trying something different. So, I tried the Eggplant Korma. It was tasty enough, but a bit slimy, for my taste. Eggplant, doesn't need to be slimy. I tend to favour a traditional dry eggplant and potato masala, in all truth, and that is what I really wanted. Which might partially account for my disappointment.
Also, the Green Chilli Flatbread, was nowhere near as yummy as usual. It was thicker than every time I have had it previously, doughy, and undercooked, and quite unpleasant to eat. I discarded most of it, uneaten. I was really looking forward to it, as it is generally, of standard.
You haven't yet lost a customer, but take note.
