The Jack Daniels Pie is shrinking badly. Even tossed to mush in the container. I remember my first slice a few months ago was a thing of beauty. Nicely sliced, all layers where they should be. Disappointing.

Food prep took much longer than normal. Dasher waited over 30 minutes for the food. Oysters were bad. I still have that bad taste in my mouth from one bite. l had to throw them away. This restaurant is usually high quality. Must have been a bad night.

Salmon was under seasoned and the bacon wrapped shrimp were rubbery and kinda weird. Bacon was not crispy and the texture of the shrimp was different. We have eaten here many times and always had a great experience! Must have been a fluke. Salad (and the chicken on it) was GREAT!! Loved it!! We will definitely eat here again, we both love Verf's!

The food was not worth the $ this time. Love me some Verf's usually. Not this time though. Dry meat and little amount of gravy to compensate.
