Delivery was for the Penne Alla Bolognese which was cooked perfectly (slightly al dente) and the sauce was delicious. What made my dish so special was that I bought the Burrata Cheese (4oz) and added this to the Bolognese and mixed it in...Ohhh MY! Absolute heaven! This was a perfect meal!

I did not get the same red bottle as last time, this one is good but you should call before you decide what I need. Thanks. Tiramisu was upside down inside bag!! A little messy; and only received two little pieces of bread, it's a little skimpy!

Coming from someone who is part Italian and cooks often, the Lasagna alla Bolognese was very hearty, lots of meat. I added a little ricotta on the side, because that's how I like it, but the flavor was great!
Lemon Ravioli con Spinaci was delicious too! A bit of a smaller portion than I expected, but very tastey.

definitely top 2 Italian places in Santa Barbara, and it's hard to find here. the pasta is quality and made fresh. the food is excellent and I especially love their dessert. I get tiramisu every time, but you can't go wrong.

The Melanzanz alle Parmigiana was absolutely, satisfyingly delicious. Each bite of eggplant was almost unrecognizably meaty and also richly flavorful in part from the perfect tomato-based sauce. Great crusty bread. I was sad taking my last scrape of soup. I'm a brand new fan of Via Maestra 42.
