The food was AMAZING! The spinach....I don't know if I'll ever make it myself again. My only critique would be regarding the pasta that came with the chicken piccata.... why would you put tomato sauce on a dish intended to go with a lemon based sauce? The choice should be available to have the same sauce the entree has or tomato. While the pasta was perfectly cooked, I'm not a tomato sauce fan and this sauce tasted very "institutionalized"- like it was from a can.

I've ordered from Via a few times and usually have had a good experience - until tonight. They called me to ask if I wanted a replacement for the Macaroni & Cheese Slice, which I appreciated, but then strangely refunded the philly cheesesteak slice (I would have preferred a replacement). And then they completely forgot the Cannoli and I had to call DoorDash for a refund. The Drunken Sicilian With Pepperoni & Hot Honey was disappointingly small About the only good slice was the Boone Slice.
I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

I made an order and had to cancel unfortunately. My family eats pizza from here often and the staff are good people, the food is good and they're honest. I had to cancel an order at Carnivale in Port Jefferson Station. It was 3 things and came to $92 and they claimed to have refunded me! Yeah, a measly $16 and change! Who gets to make the rules that they don't have to pay you back when you don't even get the food?? I didn't check until now, this was in November but I'll stick with Via where the pizza is good AND affordable and they're honest!
