Vegan Combination Pho first order was fantastic! easily my favourite pho in ages. my second unfortunately the vegetables were very overcooked and soggy, noodles fell apart and the carrot and broc were like nursing home meals. really hoping it's like the first order next time. small side note, both times the noodles and vegetables come in a paper bowl, so you can't pour the broth on top, you have to empty the noodles into another bowl to combine everything. unfortunately the noodles all stick to the paper bowl and many can't be salvaged. you end up scraping bits of noodle off the bottom
