Village Bowls are the best, definitely my favorite on Door Dash for a year already.

This is misrepresentation on the app and is disappointing. Village Bowls is not its own company it is owned plain old Village Inn advertising bowl menu items. They made the wrong order and had to remake it. The meal was not tasty. I only took a few bites. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Bowl and there was no ranch and thickly fried with minimal chicken. My partner got the Chicken Burrito Burrito Bowl and was given ketchup as the condiment. Very disappointed in the food and false advertising through door dash.

The food is fantastic but on many occasions it is not as advertised. The Strawberry Banana Bowl has only 1 out of like 6 orders had strawberry yogurt and today it had some kind of strawberry sauce added. The drinks are advertised as 32oz today were 12 oz.

So I ordered the chicken fried steak bowl and the pot roast bowl. They looked like they would be absolutely amazing. They are devoid of flavor and the potatoes are very dry. It doesn't taste like anything.
