We recently visited this store to purchase 10 leaves, but the lady informed us they were low on stock and could only provide two. Despite explaining that we needed them for a festival, she reluctantly gave us four leaves, which were in terrible condition. When we asked for more, she flatly refused. Left with no other choice, we had to buy the four poor-quality leaves. Immediately after leaving the store, we ordered six leaves from DoorDash, and they delivered five fresh, high-quality leaves without any issue. It feels like we were scammed by this store, and the owner clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Not only was she impolite, but it seemed like she was deliberately withholding better quality leaves. Overall, an incredibly disappointing experience.
