Cannot get enough of this pho! Any left broth ends up getting chugged straight out of the container. The broth is rich and aromatic, with a perfect balance of spices. The tender slices of beef melted in my mouth, and the fresh herbs and bean sprouts added a delightful crunch.

I wish there was more flavor in just about everything. Many dishes missing cilantro, mint, basil, jalapeño. The fried rolls are not rice paper and the fish sauce is bland sugar water (iwish it had some spice and more fish sauce) pho broth also is bland.
