Fresh and delicious. After living in Japan for 3 years, you get pretty spoiled with amazing sushi. I enjoyed the freshness of this roll so much that I wish I had ordered more but I'll definitely be back...just next time - dining inside! Thin Tuna Roll wasn't thin on Tuna. The portions of Salmon and Katsu Chicken were large, too! Next time I'll dine in the restaurant and try something new!

Tuna Roll was a bit stiff, the fish was not sushi grade and crunchy.
