I was far away and REALLY needed to send my friend in need a sweet message. I could not pay extra for a note card but Vons went above and beyond. I'm unsure who put my bouquet together but they did an outstanding job. Thank you Vons for helping me give some love to a friend in need. They did not make me pay extra for the note and customized the flowers for me the way I asked perfectly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it meant the world to my friend!

ordered 2 Dozen Long Stem Red Roses roses. one bundle only came with 11 roses and petals were falling off roses. very sad as these were for valentines day so i expected better.

Half of the flowers were wilted, and they were thrown together. They were delivered without a vase, and no powder to put in the water.

I DoorDashed the Unforgettable Dozen Rose Arrangement Yellow as a gift and they sent red roses. The red roses have a totally different meaning, but it's ok. The arrangement was still beautiful. <3
