The Shrimp Platter was delicious! My Shrimp was cooked just how I like it. I got red beans/rice and Cole slaw for sides. The Cole slaw was a little dry but it was fresh so that made up for it. As usual, I got the Sweet Potato Souffle as a treat. Thanks, VooDoo, for a good meal.

VooDoo, thank you for a delicious New Year's Graveyard Platter dinner. The ribs were so fall-off-the-bone tender and moist. The smoked chicken is delicious but will save it for tomorrow. My sides were perfect and have more for tomorrow, so serving size is adequate. The Sweet Potato Souffle is my dessert....and an extra for tomorrow. (I cooked blackeyed peas so I had the full traditional NY meal. 😁)

I was really surprised to see the really hard meat pieces included in the the kids sandwich. It should have been discarded. I had to take it apart and remove the hard pieces. They need to check these buns before they go out. I dudnt end up with much meat.
