The Thai Noodle Bowl w/ Shrimp is delish!! There's a lot for the price and the Steamed Edamame Dumplings are so sweet with a hint of spice.
I love the Thai Noodle Bowl w/ Shrimp with the shrimp on a stick so it doesnt get lost in the pad thai

Yooooo! I've been eyeing Vui's for awhile now.. busy morning working from home and I took a chance to order lunch. Sooo glad I did! Spicy Pad Thai Noodle Bowl w/ Chicken and the 2 Summer Rolls were delicious! Tasted fresh and the portion/ratio was good. I've seen some subpar reviews, but I'm glad I oredered anyway. I'll definitely go in person and order again!

The Mimi Pho w/Beef portion didt have enough broth to cover the noodles. The 2 Bao Buns w/ Chicken were delicious. The 5 Grilled Sticky Wings were cooked well, could've had more sauce. Everything was packed nicely

The worst pho I've ever had in my life, and I've had a lot of pho. Uses chunks of raw meat with lots of tendon (not thin filet slices) that aren't usually used in pho, so the boiling broth could not cook the raw meat. There were only a few small pieces of meat for $17 pho (delivery). Salty broth, not very pho-like. Noodles were all cut-up, so can't slurp them up (defeats the point of eating pho). Complete rip off for what it is. We were excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant in Gallatin, but were sorely disappointed.

Excellent food every time! Great portion sizes that match the price point. I try to eat here 2-3 times a month!
