The store ran out of an item I ordered and called me to let me know so I could request an alternative. When my order arrived, the included a few small gifts with a hand written note for the in convenience. It was so thoughtful of them!

I like Waba but they have been hot or miss with getting my order right a few times. I can see if they called to let me know there was going to be a change or message me, but they dont .
