Brisket Half Lb is delicious, quality can be inconsistent sometimes though.. (how thick the slices are, how much meat given)

Wow, excellent bbq.
Have not had smoky tasty bbq like this in a long time.
Salad was fresh and delicious too.

The ribs were awesome they were nice and meaty the meat slid right off the bone the meat was lean and tender hardly any fat which is good! My pug liked them as well no bone for her but she had a sample of the meat! Wagon Wheel is now my go to spot for BBQ! I will be a return customer! I highly recommend your establishment and will let my friends, family & client in on it!

Believe the hype! Seems like the negative reviews are from people that don't know good BBQ. Been there several times, tried most of the meats and they have yet to disappoint! Staff and owners are super friendly too.
