Pig Sand plate is amazing! Taste is balanced , not that salty or sweet! Mason jar cheescake is very sweet and creamy! A little thick but thats fine

Not their best work. Everything was fantastic last time. I had the sampler and the chicken and lean brisket were dry, and the green chili cornbread was hard and dry. Pulled pork, coleslaw and green chili mac were good....but for the price, it was disappointing.
