The crispy, catfish  was perfect. Unfortunately the beignets were not even close to how i first had tthem and neither was the gumbo. The roux was not totally coooked.

Fried Alligator quality and quantity was poor for cost compared to what you get when in eating in.Chicken & Sausage Gumbo was a small bowl with literally one tiny piece of sausage. Everything else was good though.

The chicken was thin and very tough to chew. Very small flat pieces. In the restaurant I order the same and usually enough for two meals. Not tonight though…

The salad was more croutons than greens. The Crawfish Etouffee was sweet and packaged in a way that it spilled all over everything in the bag. The mini Beignet Bites were good, at least the ones that weren't soaked in the spilled etoufee sauce.

Is this really how you are gonna send a soupy Crawfish Étouffée out for delivery. Paid 20 bucks for a bag full of canjun juice
