The Taco Salad was delicious, as usual. Same with Chips & Guacamole. The shimp Wapo C-Food Taco, though only had two fairly small shrimp and so little filling, which was quite disappointing.

Wapo Taco was a pleasant surprise just trying something new. I normally shy away from Mexican food as it is typically so heavy. Wapo Taco was fresh and lite. I would say more of a California style versus typical Texas-Mex.
The carnitas mini tacos were phenomenal. They were seasoned well slightly moist. Their homemade salsa brought them fully to life.
The birria mini tacos were good, but the roast beef was a little dry for my liking. The consomme' adds the moisture back to the beef, but I wish the birria was a bit thicker.
Wapo Taco is a definite addition to my dining rotation. I highly recommend it for yours as well.

My first order from Wapo Taco. The Wapo C-Food Taco was a shrimp taco and it was great! It needed no salsa or any additional seasoning as it was seasoned well. The carnitas mini-taco were phenomenal, but needs the salsa to moisten the meat.
The birria mini tacos were good, but not great. The beef was dry and the consomme' was thin. The flavor was good but a thicker birria would have made it perfect.
All in all I will be back. I definitely recommend Wapo Taco for your dining rotation. The food is fresh and light which is great for a more health conscious culture.

the food was cold, the carnitas burrito had sprinkles of meat literally, pieces were cold, stale and chewy.. the asada taco had sprinkles of meat. very expensive and they can't even put a decent amount of meat but it's loaded with rice, and beans. very disappointing. the breakfast burrito did not have potato like it should.

Mini Tacos were just okay. A bit dry. Wapo Taco again, just okay. Meh flavored some onions and peppers with cheese and asada. Dry meat again here. Carne Guisada Taco and Bean and Cheese taco was what I ate the most. That was the most decent with flavor. Not too fatty. The Barbacoa Taco was the worst. Ive never tasted barbacoa like that. Greasy with little flavor, fatty, and an aftertaste of lime! That was odd. Overall not my favorite spot and won't be ordering again. Live and learn wanting to try new places. This is what happens.
