I am not sure if it is the DoorDash website or WaterCourse, but I ordered the blackened chicken wrap, expecting fries that I specified plus ketchup, ranch and aioli and I also ordered a salad. I selected all of these items on the website, but did not get any of them only the sandwich and the salad, so was not happy because I believe I was charged but the items are not itemized on the receipt yet the sandwich cost $21, so something is not right. But the food was excellent as always although I gave them a one star after delivery because I wanted my Fries!!

Raw pad Thai was flavorless and such a small portion for the price. Broccoli for the 5 bucks they charged you should've gotten double the few little pieces they did give you. But only get this side if you like the taste of charred burnt broccoli

The Pastrami Sandwich is HIGHLY overpriced for the size you get and lacks the acidity of a real Reuben. I wouldn't waste my money again

They blamed DoorDash for losing our order twice, took 90 min to prepare (both dashers involved confirmed they were not busy) , still got the order wrong with no offer to correct or compensate.
The food we did get that we actually ordered, was extremely bland. The Philly sandwich was decent, Mac and Cheese tasted bad and was practically cheeseless, fries were mostly unsalted but OK. We were looking forward to the Southern Plate but they gave us a salad and what we guess were Country Strips that we didn't order or want and wasn't cost equivalent.
We would not give a bad review to anyone who acknowledges their mistakes and attempts to rectify them. No one at WaterCourse even tried. They blamed DoorDash and never reached back out to us at all.

Honestly this food was not great. The food looked like the pictures advertised but overall no flavor and just gross. The Mac and cheese was very runny. The seitan wings were very chewy. Cardboard like.
