good food and portions but didn't follow instructions. I ordered no hashbrowns on The Classic Breakfast Taco but it was on it then I ordered Biscuits & Gravy with side of hashbrowns and didn't recieve them

I don't recommend ordering the nachos grande. The chips were stale. The toppings were mostly beans, with a sprinkle of tomatoes and cheese. The salsa and sour cream come in tiny 1 oz cups and there aren't nearly enough. I paid extra to add guacamole and got a tiny 1 oz. cup for my trouble.

Fish and chips were way overdone, both fish and the fries. I know they can do better as I've ordered these before when dining in. Kinda disappointed that this is my dinner but I know it's usually better

I recently ordered the Texas All Star breakfast and Golden Waffle from Waterloo. While the menu sounded promising, I was disappointed with the execution.
The All Star Breakfast was very bland and unseasoned, lacking the flavor I expected. Additionally, the Golden Waffle was a letdown – it was not crispy as advertised and more resembled a pancake in texture. Considering the $9 price tag for the waffle alone, I expected better quality. I've had better waffles at hotel breakfast buffets.
To add to the disappointment, they didn't even include any butter. Overall, I wouldn't recommend these items based on my experience.

I accidentally ordered Snack Boneless Wings instead of regular wings; they were so good! The Crispy Chicken Salad was delicious as always. I wish I could get order a large side of ranch dressing. I always add extra on to my side of wings. The ranch dressing at Waterloo is the best!
