The fries with the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag were super hard and crunchy! It's like they left it in the fryer for an extra 3 minutes. I also ordered a Kids' Cheeseburger and received nuggets instead and fries were also hard.

Dry meat, soggy bread, and flavorless / burnt fries. This Wendy's continues to disappoint in-person and through DoorDash. it's been this way for over a year now. Management just does not care .

They didnt have any Spicy Chicken Sandwiches or 6 PC. Spicy Chicken Nuggets so they replaced the order with 2 6 pc reg chicken nuggets and they were fine but not enough to feed 2 adults after paying for a full sandwich meal. Our dasher was helpful but because the bad was sealed she did not know the contents of the bag.
