Usually when I order a big order they leave something out or forget condiments. But they made everything correct and made sure everything was inside the bags.

Received a cherry coke instead of a regular coke. Cheese was on the kids burger (even though we ordered a hamburger). The chili was missing from the order completely. The fries were overcooked so much, they were rock hard. And all of the food was cold when it was delivered (despite paying an express fee for the order to be delivered promptly).

Terrible all burgers are cold, fries are cold and taste and feel old and not fresh, shake with no straw. Terrible overall. Not to mention all burgers were smuched/crushed. I know it wasn't the door dasher that did it because the paper bag was in perfect condition. Whoever worked on 20 Oct 24 around 4pm needs to be retrained

Jr cheeseburgers only came with mayo, and were missing the ketchup, onion, and pickles. Asiago Club only came with a chicken patty and pickles. DoorDash was a great help and refunded a very appropriate amount for the mishap.

The burger buns were stale and hard and there was ketchup all over the outside of my burger... terrible presentation.
