The manager at the Twinsburg, OH location is great! She had a very big order and I got it on time and it was delicious! Very professional!

My baked potato was just an order of fries on the potatoe container with chives on top. Clearly the restaurant knew this was not correct and decided to fufill the order anyways. There was an upcharge for the baked potato

The Baconator® was lathered with mayo to the point where the bun had to be discarded. The flavor that remained was mediocre. The other items were acceptable.

Order a Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie™ Bag and did not get bacon on my sandwich.
Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo with cheese and didn't receive any cheese.
It came fast and was hot just didn't get what I ordered

I know its delivery but meat on patties were rock solid everything was cold...delivery was great the food was terrible. Same wendys I had issues at drive thru, noone wants to work just standing around.
