the chili there is always hot, delicious and spicy! I love the food there

Cold french fries and cold burgers. The worst was they have reduced the size of the Jr burgers even more - they should call it a slider as the buns are an inch smaller than a standard bun. The little piece of meat was so hard and dried out the kids couldn't eat it. And this is $3.99 now??? There was only half a hard piece of bacon and part of the bun was also hard and stale. Good thing I had some PB & J on hand. The Dasher did fine and delivered in record time. I really like that I can follow the order and pick-up/delivery online so I know if it's the driver or the restaurant responsible for cold food. Door Dasher is the most reliable delivery service, but there is nothing they can do about being given cold /bad food. Shame on Wendy's!

Horrible! When was the last time the oil was changed? The nuggets were brown and hard. I managed to get a bite out of the center but the crust was too hard to eat and tasted burned. Same for the chicken sandwich except it was impossible to bite or even break in half - completely inedible. The bag was packed poorly with the sandwich only half wrapped and both the fries and nuggets on their side, dumped into the bottom of the bag. I got the same things last week and all were as well done as fast food can be, with the nuggets and sandwich LIGHT golden brown, hot and tasting good. I will be demanding a refund and going without dinner tonight.

Just received a fish sandwich. Terrible. I recently read the new panko fish was good but NOT - way to thin, could not taste any fish, way to overcooked and crunchy, that is all you could taste, piece of lettuce was sad. I remember having them a few years back during lent and they were good. Will never buy one again.

food was warm, employees were nice and polite only downside is that the spicy sandwich kind of tasted like mop water but I don't know if that was the spicy patty itself or if it was the combination of the things I hadSpicy Chicken Sandwich Combo on it but every other time I get any other sandwich it taste good
