Doordasher said the employees were very rude and made him wait like 20 minutes outside all while my food was ready long time ago. The food was cold and the drinks were all melted by the time I got them

The food was cold when I went to pick it up. I placed my order and the Wendy's was only a 3 min walk from my location. I watched the manager package the food, assuming it would be fresh, only to open my food and have everything not only be cold but taste stale.There was a hole in the bottom of the bag, as well.
