Did not get the cookie, our drinks had no ice and were warm. The food was all cold and the fries were less than half on both orders.

I received an incorrect order. I ordered a large chocolate frosty and the driver handed me a vanilla. The chicken nuggets were spicy and I ordered regular crispy. The frenchfries were too salty. The driver apologized about the frosty. Of course he did not know about the nuggets. Are they supposed to check the receipt of what theyre picking up before leaving the restaurant? This isnt the first time that I have received an incorrect order from Wendys.
