Chili was as good as it always was, fries had just the right amount of salt, and the thin mints frosty was very tasty. But, a straw would really have been appreciated.

Ordered hamburger fully loaded and it came plain. No fork for the queso fries and no spoon for the chili, which was only 1/2 filled. Very disappointed with this order from a place where I am usually very happy with the service.

My order was late. My lettuce bun had one piece of lettuce, on the bottom, and my medium fries had 8 fries (I counted). It was good, just cold, and a bit confusing to look at.
