The Wendy's on 116th in Carmel continues to be a terrible franchise. I stopped ordering from that location over a year ago due to food quality. I tried it again today and the food was just as bad as I remembered. Not sure if the staff is under trained, over worked, or just doesn't care. Either way, the food is bad and not worth the wait or the money.

Ordered a Bacon Cheese Baked Potato and paid to add chili. Potato arrived with no bacon or cheese. Garlicparm nuggets ice cold. Just had a procedure, can't drive and was finally hungry. All I wanted was as a potato. Driver was very communicative through order delays, bag unsealed and had that corrected.

The chicken Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo was disgusting. The chicken tasted awful and it looked undercooked. I took one bite and put it in the trash... absolute waste of money.
