I ordered 7 crispy chicken sandwiches, I received 7 sandwiches minus the chicken, twice now, the second trip I got only buns and containers with the condiments, still no chicken!

Food always arrives hot, and we are RARELY ever missing any items, when something is missing they are quick to replace/refund what is needed.
