If these new "hot and crispy" fries were designed to make people hate french fries, then they are succeeding admirably, because they are inedible.

These chicken nuggets have seen better hours. They’re hard, dry, and darker than they would be if they were fresh. Wendy’s on Shallowford Road is notorious for this. For over a decade, I’ve been consistently disappointed with the same subpar food from the same mediocre restaurant. My son has ASD and only eats about five foods. Unfortunately, these chicken nuggets rank second on that list. Since the Shallowford Road location is the closest to my house, I frequently order their chicken nuggets. It’s upsetting and expensive that a significant portion of them end up in the trash.

The food is great; the quality control, i.e. getting the order right, not so much. I ordered a Baconator but received a Dave's Double with tomato and onion; my wife's Double came with mayonnaise, which she did not want. I've ordered the Baconator several times, and at least half the time the restaurant omitted the cheese. If the next order is screwed up, we won't be ordering from Wendy's anymore,
